Terms and Conditions

  • The Client will be given options about the payment gateway used depending on the preferences or convenience.
  • The client is not allowed to hire the VA directly and will have a $1,000 fine. The same goes with the VA proactively asking the client as a direct employee will have the same fine of $1,000.

Rates & Fees

We will require a one-time, set-up fee of $100 to be paid upfront upon the execution of the Service Agreement. This fee will be nonrefundable and non-transferable.

  • For advance payment for 1 year, you get a 10% discount.
  • For 6 months you get a 5% discount.

Any unconsumed hours will be rolled over to the following month. If there are 10 hours left, you will be charged for 1 month in advance. After you are fully consumed with the hours & unpaid invoice, the service(s) will be automatically paused and will be resumed as soon as the invoice is paid.

The Client will be responsible for any fees incurred by the payment gateway used or charges that will be applicable when sending the funds to pay for the services.

Refunds Policy

If the client is not satisfied with the VAs performance, you will be given the following options:

  1. You will be given a replacement VA for retention.
  2. 80% of the unconsumed hours will be refunded after a 1-week clearance with the VA.
